Account Deletion

If you want Healing with Honey account data deleted, email us from the address connected to your membership so we can verify the request and remove the account data associated with your app access.

How to Request Deletion

• Send an email to `endeavorworldproject@gmail.com`

• Use the subject line `Healing with Honey account deletion`

• Send the request from the same email address used for your Honey membership, or include enough detail for us to verify the account

What We Delete

• Healing with Honey app session records stored for your sign-in state

• Stored push notification token linked to your device, if one exists

• Cached app-side account access data we control for the Healing with Honey experience

What May Be Retained

Some records may remain with core service providers that power the membership itself, including Wix subscription and order records, where retention is required for billing, legal, security, or operational reasons. Backup and log data may also remain for a limited period before deletion.

Timing

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
